AUROVILLE FOUNDATION INVITES APPLICATIONS FOR FELLOWS 2024

Auroville, referred to as “the City of Dawn”, was founded by Mira Alfassa, the spiritual collaborator of Sri Aurobindo who was fondly known as ‘The Mother’. Auroville was inaugurated in the year 1968. The Mother invited to Auroville, all men and women of goodwill from all over the world. At the centre of this developing city stands the Matrimandir, the “Soul of the City”, a place for individual silent concentration, in an elliptical Peace Area (the Park of Unity), surrounded by a lake.
